These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ezyride website at ezyrideng.com, the Ezyride mobile applications, and all transport services we provide (together, the "Platform"). By booking a ride with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Ezyride Global Resources Limited (RC 7355881) is a company registered in Nigeria, with its registered office at No 27, Alexandria Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, FCT ("Ezyride", "we", "us"). We operate an all-electric airport transfer and city ride-hailing service in Abuja under a Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) Smart Ride Hub concession at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.

2. Booking a ride

• You may book through our website, mobile apps, WhatsApp, or by telephone.
• A booking is confirmed only when we issue you a booking reference.
• You must provide accurate flight, contact and destination details. We are not responsible for failed pickups caused by incorrect information.
• You may book on behalf of another passenger, provided you have their consent to share their details with us.

3. Fares and payment

• Airport transfers are charged at a flat fare, quoted before you book. The quoted fare includes the FAAN airport charge, tolls, and the stated free waiting time.
• City rides are quoted upfront on a distance basis before you confirm. Any fare estimator on our website is indicative only; the fare shown at booking is the fare that applies.
• We accept payment by card, bank transfer, and other methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
• Additional charges may apply for waiting beyond the included period, extra stops requested on the day, or cleaning required after damage or soiling of a vehicle.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

• You may cancel free of charge up to the period stated in your booking confirmation.
• If you cancel later, or do not appear at the agreed pickup point within the waiting period without contacting us, a cancellation charge may apply.
• If we cancel your ride, or fail to provide it, you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid.

5. Airport pickups

Pickups at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport take place at the airport's designated car-hire and ride pickup area, in accordance with FAAN's rules. Our drivers do not solicit passengers at the arrivals exit. Your booking confirmation will state the meeting point that applies to your journey.

6. Conduct in our vehicles

• Seat belts must be worn at all times. Smoking is not permitted in any Ezyride vehicle.
• Our drivers may refuse or end a journey where a passenger behaves unlawfully, abusively, or unsafely.
• You are responsible for any damage you cause to a vehicle beyond fair wear and tear.

7. Luggage and lost property

Please tell us in advance if you have unusual or excess luggage so we can assign a suitable vehicle. We take care of items left in our vehicles and will make reasonable efforts to return them, but we cannot accept liability for loss of or damage to property left behind.

8. Our liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, connections or appointments, arising from delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on ezyrideng.com at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
